1. The software is taking a long time to render video's.

My answer (not support) I can only assume that it is due to the fact that everyone is rendering "test" video's. I would imagine their servers are overwhelmed. I have seen this problem many times, then they get it sorted. It would be a good idea to message their support and see what they say. Also, try a different browser, or computer if you have one, just incase it is a local problem.
